option 2

For Option 2, I’m not sure how comfortable all the industry players would be to submit their audited accounts to prove which tier they are in. That might be stepping into the rather P&C areas of operations.

Option 3 also requires honesty, but I’m more in favour of this as it allows for more participation, especially from the 2-man shops.

Have the accorded privileges for each tier been worked out? What do Ordinary Members get over Associates?

option 1 will be the perfect structure.

I vote for option 3.

At this point in time, I think opt 3 is more realistic. We want to have more organisation to be part of the Association so I feel keeping entry simple and affordable would be good.

With the collection, we then decide what to do. Some activities can be free and some we may need to charge.

So I am for Opt 3.
